|Description:||The Department Secretary for Orthotics and Prosthetics must be able to multi-task, handle a high stress environment and have good inerpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills required. A background in or awareness of the medical field preferred. Must be proficient with multiple computer systems and a fast learner. Position requires 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.|
|Duties:||Primary responsibilities include customer service both face to face and excellent telephone etiquette; scheduling patients and managing schedules in computer system; maintaining positive relationships with the community and other agencies; other clerical duties as needed.|
