|Description:||Works under the direct supervision of Adult Therapy Director, including performing drug/breath screens, physicals, employment screens and assist in departmental bookkeeping and housekeeping duties, assists in admission procedure, and maintenance of records and gathering of information for adequate records. In addition to these duties, this person will be trained/certified to conduct drug collections Blood/Alcohol testing, hair tests, audiometric screening, pulmonary function, and pre-employment testing. Will supervise other employees in the department. Twenty-four hour on-call is required for this position, along with transportation duties. Expected to market and interact with employers/companies to increase business and resolve problems.|
|Qualifications:||This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to read, write, communicate ideas, as well as being able to understand simple anatomy and physiology. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, and emotionally upset individuals. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for long periods of time. A valid and current driverís license is required, along with the ability to drive to designated locations for the purpose of conducting drug/blood alcohol testing. Bilingual a plus. Previous experience supervising employees preferred.|
