|Description:||Works under the direct supervision of the Employer Services Coordinator with main duties consisting of answering the telephone, checking in clients as they come for treatment, and keeping an accurate daily log of patients treated as well as other clerical duties requested. Other duties include data entry, interdepartmental communications, and scheduling. Schedules clients with contract agencies for all disciplines. Mailing correspondence with contract agencies. |
|Qualifications:||A minimum of two years experience in secretarial work, which requires knowledge of generally accepted office procedures; typing speed of 50 wpm; ability to effectively and efficiently use, or demonstrate ability to learn all office machines required to accomplish the departmentís activities. Experience in using Windows 95 and Word is preferred. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, and emotionally upset individuals. This position requires the ability to lift, walk and stand for long periods of time. A valid and current driverís license is required, along with the ability to drive to designated locations for the purpose of conducting drug/blood alcohol testing. Bilingual a plus.|
