|Duties:||Responsible for processing Admissions, charge entry, ICD-9 code entry functions, PBX system operations, mailroom duties and serves as an information resource to staff, patients, families and other agenciees. |
|Qualifications:||A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years work experience. Knowledge of general admission process, or basic office procedures, practices and equipment necessary to function is required. Requires a minimum of 50 WPM typing skills and data entry skills. Experience in using Windows and Word is required. This position also requires a very high level of accuracy in data entry, the ability to multi-task, and a high level of excellent communication skills to ensure quality customer service is provided to all customers at all times.|
Must possess excellent communication skills in person and on the phone and be able to interact well with many different types of people with tact and a polite/positive attitude. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must be well groomed.
