Administrative Coordinator for RSVP

|Description:||PRN position. Responsible for maintaining all required data of the West Texas RSVP Program. Thsi includes managing all volunteer and partner informationo along with other required information through the Volunteer Reporter database, which will require information gathering, documentation, data entry, setting up filters and reports. Other responsibilities include helping with clerical task and reports/labels realted to planning and conducting project events, mailings, meetings and the newsletter; fielding telephone calls receiving and directing visitors, word processing and filing and other administrative and office support activities as required including coordination of RSVP volunteers for special projects.|
|Qualifications:||High School graduate with some college, or relevant experience, preferably supplemented by 2 years clerical work/database management in a volunteer or nonprofit organization. Proficiency with computers and thorough knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office softare; especially Word, Excel and Publisher is required. Some background in database management and filters preferred. This position requires efficient clerical office management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to set up filters in the RSVP database to run reports and analyze data.|
